Hello and thank you for visiting! Yes, my site does need a lot of work. Lucky for you, I am spending 10 hours a day working with buyers and sellers and not fiddling on the computer. But here is an introduction to me:

I absolutely love Real Estate! If this page is about me, I could end with that. For the past 9 years I  have dedicated my career full-time to real estate. I have immersed myself in all aspect of real estate, from residential and commercial real estate lending as a loan officer licensed in Ohio, Kentucky and many other states nationwide. I am licensed in real estate in the state of Ohio focusing in Cincinnati, with great connections in Dayton and Northern Kentucky. I specialize in working with investors and first time home buyers. I get a lot of my business as referrals from professionals in the real estate industry looking for solutions to difficult real estate transactions. I attribute this to not giving up on a deal and continuously thinking outside the box. This can involve creative ways to marketing property, alternative financing methods from seller financing to finding private lenders. I acquired many personal connections that bring a new meaning to the word "broker" in the mortgage industry. I have heavily networked myself in the investor community. I am currently a landlord to 30 tenants. I have short-sold homes, rehabbed homes, and have begun to diversify my ability to lend in this difficult market by working with some private investors. I am a member of the Cincinnati REIA.  

In early 2008, after 5 years of working with less than perfect credit borrowers and spending countless hours improving their credit scores, I started Clear Credit Corp.. Affiliated with Edward Jamison, Esq, one of the nations top credit attorneys, and having contacts with experts that worked at Equifax and helped develop the FICO scoring algorithm, our company is in a great position to provide quality credit improvement and have a serious impact on our clients financial well-being. We offer many services to improve credit as well as debt settlement and loan modifications. If its credit related or an issue with qualifying for financing, we can usually help. Everyone deserves to own a home. Anything I can do to make this happen makes my day worthwhile.

Once you are ready to purchase, we can send you daily updates of any house that meets your criteria the day it goes on the market straight to your email address. I can schedule showings, and negotiate contacts on your behalf. Any and all Realtor services are provided.

Home Selling Services:  Need to sell quickly? We offer effective marketing programs that will give you the exposure and edge you need to sell your home quickly for top dollar. 80% of pending homes that don't sell are result of financing that fell through. With my expertise in lending we can make sure a pending home is a sold home!

Bi-Weekly and Semi-Monthly Payment Options: Many of my clients are paid every two weeks or are unable to pay their entire mortgage from their paycheck on the first. Bi-weekly or semi-monthly payments have many benefits.  Bi-weekly payments allow your mortgage payment to be paid in parts each payday whether its the 5th, 20th of each month. It also can make it easier if your paycheck at the beginning of the month falls short of covering bills at the beginning of the month. Bi-weekly mortgage payments can also save tens of thousands of dollars in interest by paying off your mortgage 8 years early!
