Hello and thank you for visiting! Yes, my site does need a lot of work. Lucky for you, I am spending 10 hours a day working with buyers and sellers and not fiddling on the computer. But here is an introduction to me:

I absolutely love Real Estate! If this page is about me, I could end with that. For the past 9 years I  have dedicated my career full-time to real estate. I have immersed myself in all aspect of real estate, from residential and commercial real estate lending as a loan officer licensed in Ohio, Kentucky and many other states nationwide. I am licensed in real estate in the state of Ohio focusing in Cincinnati, with great connections in Dayton and Northern Kentucky. I specialize in working with investors and first time home buyers. I get a lot of my business as referrals from professionals in the real estate industry looking for solutions to difficult real estate transactions. I attribute this to not giving up on a deal and continuously thinking outside the box. This can involve creative ways to marketing property, alternative financing methods from seller financing to finding private lenders. I acquired many personal connections that bring a new meaning to the word "broker" in the mortgage industry. I have heavily networked myself in the investor community. I am currently a landlord to 30 tenants. I have short-sold homes, rehabbed homes, and have begun to diversify my ability to lend in this difficult market by working with some private investors. I am a member of the Cincinnati REIA.  

In early 2008, after 5 years of working with less than perfect credit borrowers and spending countless hours improving their credit scores, I started Clear Credit Corp.. Debt Settlement: With the new laws in place, it seems it is even harder to get out of debt. Mandatory minimum payments have doubled and those struggling to make their payments are in even more of a predicament. Even worse, bankruptcy laws have made it even more difficult to get a fresh start. If you have equity in your home, and even if you don't, we have solutions that can help cut your monthly minimum payments in half! Credit Repair: Whether you have good or bad credit, credit improvement will save you thousands! It only makes sense that your score is optimized before you refinance or buy a home. Loan Modification: If you are behind on your mortgage or have been in the last year your refinancing options are null. This does not mean you have no options. We have been very  successful in negotiating interest rates as low as 4% for 5 years and principle reductions for many troubled homeowners. It also can make it easier if your paycheck at the beginning of the month falls short of covering bills at the beginning of the month. Bi-weekly mortgage payments can also save tens of thousands of dollars in interest by paying off your mortgage 8 years early!
